This is the worst diet advice I’ve ever heard. You’re essentially saying:
Live off fluids and don’t eat. I’m muscular, and to get that way I eat a
sensible diet combined with hard workouts. Brown rice is GREAT for you!
Even white rice isn’t bad, it just has the fiber stripped. I live off of
fruits, veggies, protein and whole grains. It all depends on your goals and
you don’t have to get muscular, but this advice sucks.
I like water but it’s so plain. I know I should cut back on the tea, and
the proportions of my meals. And I snack WAY too often sooooo, yeah, I got
some work to do. 🙂 Thanks for the advice. :)
